Her work advances AI literacy and organizational readiness with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and supports the adoption of AI within the FMSI network for children's rights.
Rafailia is also a Senior Data Scientist at SEB, where she applies large language models and generative AI to enterprise-scale NLP and process automation.
She is currently focused on enterprise-grade and sovereign AI solutions, exploring how organizations can responsibly develop and deploy AI capabilities within their own infrastructures.
