She leads Coinvest Capital — an evergreen sovereign VC fund with €44.3M in committed capital and a one-of-a-kind profit-sharing model that caps the fund's IRR at 4–8% and transfers surplus returns to private co-investors upon exit.
Under her leadership, Coinvest Capital has become the most active VC fund in Lithuania for three consecutive years (2023–2025, Dealroom), ranked #3 in Central & Eastern Europe in 2024 (Pitchbook), and #7 in Europe by deal count in Q2 2025 (Sifted) — with 52 portfolio companies and 9 exits to date, deploying €67.3M in total venture capital alongside private partners.
Beyond investing, Viktorija is a passionate advocate for collective intelligence, flux networks, and a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. She was named among the Top 100 Women in Tech in Europe in 2012 and was recently elected to the inaugural board of Defence Angels European Network.
