Justinas Pagirys is a key architect of the Baltic tech ecosystem, currently serving as the Head of Growth at SpringWater. At SpringWater, an investment firm backed by the founders of Hostinger and Nord Security, he leads deal origination and growth strategy, acquiring and accelerating founder-led SaaS companies with €1–10M in ARR.

Before moving into investment, Justinas was a hands-on operator in the mobility sector. He co-founded Neematic, a high-performance e-bike startup backed by Practica Capital, which was successfully acquired by New Zealand’s UBCO in 2022. Following the acquisition, he served as VP of EMEA for UBCO, building their European operations from scratch and establishing a network of 30+ resellers.
