Currently, Mindaugas drives digital transformation and AI integration at the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant and is the Co-Founder of Spacenetix, where he focuses on satellite communication systems with real-time AI processing capabilities. Previously, as Head of Maintenance Innovations at LTG Link, he spearheaded predictive maintenance strategies using Python-based Deep Learning and anomaly detection models to modernize train diagnostics.
