Ticket sales for the "AI.LT / Vilnius AI Summit" are managed by the "Fienta" ticketing system, operated by "Fienta Ticketing OÜ" (company code: 12658162, address: Hobujaama 4, Tallinn 10151, Estonia, email: info@fienta.com).
Purchasing tickets is subject to "Fienta's" terms of service, which are available on their website.
The organizer does not set or alter ticket prices, nor handle refunds, exchanges, or compensations for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. These matters are exclusively managed by "Fienta".
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, ticket exchanges, or cancellations are subject to the conditions set by the Organizer and 'Fienta'.
If the event is canceled, postponed, or its location changed, the Organizer determines the refund policy. 'Fienta' is not responsible for refunds.
